RESIDENTIAL
Winter Springs
Sleek, light, and bright defined this transformation of a dated 1990s kitchen and living area. Removing the existing peninsula opened the cramped layout and made room for a functional new island, updated cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, flooring, lighting, paint, and furnishings.
Designed for a busy family that loves to entertain, the finished space feels open, fresh, and effortlessly livable. Thoughtful updates to the playroom and game room carried the transformation throughout the home, proving that smart design can make a major impact without an unlimited budget.
