Principal Designer & Owner
Amy Ross is the founder and principal designer of Amy Ross Interior Design Co., a boutique studio celebrated for creating soulful, elevated interiors that feel deeply personal, effortlessly refined, and rich with story. Her signature approach blends artistry, strategy, and editorial-level detail.
A Southern native with a global lens, Amy earned her BFA in Interior Architecture from a private art university in Southern California, further shaping her perspective through immersive study in Barcelona and extensive international travel. Her work reflects a cultivated eye and an exceptional command of form, texture, and composition. At the forefront of every design is a commitment to creating spaces that inspire as much as they serve. For Amy, design is storytelling. The most compelling spaces always answer three questions: who it’s for, how it should feel, and why it matters.
Before launching her studio in 2020, Amy served as design lead for a nationwide multifamily general contractor, where she honed her expertise in large-scale development, construction processes, and return-driven design. Today, she combines technical rigor with creative intuition to craft spaces that are as functional and investment-minded as they are beautiful and unforgettable.
Also a licensed real estate agent, Amy brings a rare strategic advantage to every project, guiding clients toward thoughtful decisions that elevate both experience and long-term value. Known for her collaborative spirit, discerning taste, and meticulous attention to detail, she draws inspiration from travel, architecture, history, art, music, nature, and the quiet poetry of everyday life.

Ashley Geisler
Creative Director & Designer
Ashley is a creative force and trusted collaborator who brings every vision to life with precision, enthusiasm, and heart. Originally from Pittsburgh, she blends grounded, hardworking roots with sharp creative instinct and an infectious sense of fun, making even the busiest project days feel inspired and energized.
Before stepping into the design world, Ashley and Amy spent more than a decade bartending side-by-side, mastering multitasking, customer service, reading people in an instant, and consistently delivering under pressure. That shared hustle built the foundation for the seamless partnership they bring to the studio today.
Ashley plays an essential role in every project, effortlessly balancing creativity with organization, humor with honesty, and vision with practicality. Known for her tireless work ethic, approachable energy, and uncanny ability to anticipate needs before they're spoken, she ensures every project flows smoothly and every client feels supported. She keeps projects moving, puts out fires, wears multiple hats, and keeps the studio energy exactly where it belongs; up.
She is the heartbeat of our studio, the steady rhythm that keeps ideas moving and energy high, always supporting the vision while elevating every detail along the way.
Scott Brendlinger
General Contractor
Originally from California, Scott brings over a decade of experience managing large-scale construction projects ranging from $500K to $16M.
He is a licensed General Contractor and a former U.S. Army Infantry veteran. For 10 years he was the engineering-minded-project lead for one of the nation’s largest general contracting firms. Scott combines discipline and technical fluency with a deep understanding of construction logistics and execution.
Scott moves effortlessly between contracts and job sites. He is the muscle, the quiet problem-solver, and the guy who can handle any power tool, and any trade..
Behind the scenes, Scott is the steady anchor, coordinating vendors, managing timelines, ensuring materials land exactly when and where they should, and executing every detail to the studio’s high standards. With his leadership, deadlines feel manageable, install days run like choreography, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Reliable, grounded, and impossibly capable, Scott gives the creative process room to thrive. He even makes sure the team is fueled on long install days, often times showing up with coffee in hand and lunch on standby.
