Amy Ross
Principal Designer & Owner
Amy Ross is the founder and Principal Designer of Amy Ross Interior Design Co., a boutique studio specializing in distinctive multifamily and residential interiors. With a BFA in Interior Architecture, a background in construction, and years of experience leading projects from concept through installation, Amy approaches design with equal parts creativity and practicality.
Before launching her studio in 2020, Amy served as Design Lead for a nationwide multifamily general contractor, gaining firsthand experience in large scale renovations, construction, budgets, and the realities of bringing ambitious design ideas to life. That experience gives her clients something beyond a beautiful concept: a designer who understands how spaces get built, where budgets matter most, and how thoughtful design can create lasting value. As a licensed real estate agent, Amy also brings an understanding of property value, marketability, and the business behind the design.
Amy’s design perspective has been shaped by years of living, working, and traveling across the U.S. and throughout Europe. Exposure to different cities, cultures, architecture, art, and ways of living continues to influence her work. Known for her confident use of color and instinct for mixing styles, periods, and materials, she creates spaces that feel layered, collected, and full of character, always with a touch of whimsy. Her work is refined without feeling precious, memorable without feeling overdone, and original without feeling forced.
Ashley Geisler
Designer & Project Coordinator
Ashley is a creative force and trusted collaborator. She is Amy’s right hand and a key part of turning design concepts into finished spaces. From sourcing and project coordination to client communication and installations, she helps keep projects organized, moving forward, and beautifully executed.
Amy and Ashley’s partnership began long before the design studio. After more than a decade working side by side in hospitality, they developed the kind of shorthand that only comes from years of solving problems together. Ashley brings that same ability to anticipate what is needed, think on her feet, and stay calm when things inevitably get hectic to every project.
Organized, resourceful, and endlessly dependable, Ashley brings a get it done attitude, sharp creative instinct, and plenty of personality to the studio. She keeps the details handled, the plan on track, and Amy’s big ideas moving across the finish line with precision, enthusiasm, and heart.
Scott Brendlinger
General Contractor
Scott brings more than a decade of experience managing complex, large scale construction projects. A licensed General Contractor and U.S. Army Infantry veteran, he brings discipline, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of construction logistics and execution to the studio.
Scott moves comfortably between contracts and job sites, coordinating vendors, managing timelines, solving problems, and making sure materials and details land where they should. His construction experience gives the studio an invaluable practical perspective, helping bridge the gap between an ambitious design concept and what it actually takes to execute it successfully.
