Parkside at Avalon Park

This new build was transformed into a statement-making leasing space that serves as the jewel of the property. The client needed a fully functional layout. Offices, a breakroom, and restrooms all needed to be tucked beneath residential apartments. I was happy to take on the entire scope, from concept through completion, handling space planning, lighting, cabinetry, fixtures, custom wood tambour, a bespoke reception desk, a coffee bar, finishes, furniture, and art.

Working closely with the build team, we created a space that feels moody yet bright, bold yet approachable. Walls of glass flood the interiors with natural light despite the low ceilings, while layered color, playful details, and rich textures bring warmth and personality.

The end result? A space that feels elevated, inviting, and distinctly memorable; proof that even a compact footprint can make a big impression.
