This project included a model unit and four key amenity spaces: card room, library, craft room, and theatre. Each had awkward angles and required creative solutions. Custom millwork grounded the library, the craft room became vibrant and functional, the card room took on a moody sophistication, and the theatre evolved from a white box into a dark, tiered space with luxury seating. A full showcase of style and versatility.
