MULTIFAMILY
Monterey Point
This multifamily project encompassed a model unit and four distinct amenity spaces: card room, library, craft room, and theatre. Challenging layouts and awkward angles called for creative, space-specific solutions.
Custom millwork grounded the library, while the craft room became vibrant and functional, the card room took on a moody sophistication, and the theatre was transformed into an intimate, tiered experience with luxury seating. Each space has its own personality while contributing to a cohesive resident experience.
