French, Modern, Boutique! A full dining and master bath renovation completely transformed this home into a chic, French-inspired boutique retreat. Removing a massive wall with a new header doubled sightlines from front to back, making the home feel as though it had gained twice its original square footage. In the dining room, layered lighting, oversized chandeliers, vintage sconces, and a large-scale floral mural created a striking, elegant focal point, romantic without being overly feminine. Existing furniture was refinished and new pieces carefully curated to complement the space, tying the look together seamlessly.

Midway through the project, the client, thrilled with our progress, asked if we could also renovate the guest bathroom. We were excited to take on the challenge, and for a minimal additional budget, we carried the French boutique vibe she loved into the space with a 3/4 remodel. We even added a touch of style to the guest bedroom, just because we couldn’t resist.

The master bath was reborn as a luxurious retreat, anchored by a 9’ wide shower clad in book-matched XL-format porcelain, with four stunning sconces flanking oversized boutique-style mirrors, the perfect “jewelry” for the space. Romantic, bold, and effortlessly chic, this renovation balances drama and elegance with everyday comfort, every bit as lovely as the homeowner who gets to live in it.
