This downtown property needed light and life. The renovation included new flooring, storefront, gym, leasing and manager offices, plus private resident cubbies. Walls and partitions came down to expand sightlines, while custom seating, suspended panels, and bold lighting elevated the design. With fresh paint, furnishings, and art, the leasing office and amenity spaces went from dated to dynamic. We more than doubled the visual impact of these spaces, without adding any additional square footage.
