This 4,500 sq. ft. clubhouse renovation transformed a dark, dated, tile-heavy apartment complex into a serene, balanced, and inviting environment. The redesign includes staff offices, a resident business center, meditation space, game room, lounge with kitchen, sunroom, and grand room each thoughtfully crafted to enhance both function and style.

Originally, the spaces felt anything but their Zen-inspired name: tile in multiple colors, sizes, and patterns, combined with heavy traditional furnishings and inadequate lighting, created visual overload. We neutralized the chaos with new flooring and paint, while a hand-crafted LED wall became the showstopping anchor of the grand room, exuding a relaxed, sophisticated mood. Artisan-applied micro-concrete on vertical surfaces brought softness, tactility, and a sense of earthiness, while modern curved furnishings added gentle contrast to the architectural lines.

Woven lighting, natural stone, and living green walls bring nature indoors, creating stunning viewpoints from every angle. The result is a clubhouse that feels calm, welcoming, and unforgettable. This new clubhouse elevates the property and supports rising occupancy levels.
